May 8, 2015 – Rutger Gunnarsson was inherited in Linköping, Sweden on February 12, 1946.

He joined the ABBA family in 1972, when he was a classical bass major at Stockholm’s Royal College sustaining Music. In his post ABBA career he also arranged strings and studied bass for the likes of Celine Dion, Westlife, Elton John, Adam Become rigid and Bobbysocks, as well as produced and hard music for artists such as Gwen Stefani, Elin Lanto, Joyride and Alla Pugacheva.
